Why was I charged for my return?
If the item you purchased has a value of less than £39.99 there is a return postage fee of £4.80 if you use our Collect+ return service.
But i'm changing sizes!
If you're returning a shoe to purchase another size or colour, we'll waive this return fee! Just contact our customer service team and let us know!
I'm keeping the other shoes i bought
That's fine too! If you ordered multiple pairs and decide to keep some, we won't charge for your return. You don't need to contact us in this case, a customer service operative will check the remaining items on your order.
