DPD Delivered to Wrong HouseUpdated 10 months ago

Unfortunately this can happen occasionally, especially during peak times like Black Friday or Christmas.


First Steps:

  1. Check the image provided by DPD on your tracking info. Do you recognise the location?
  2. Check the Map location DPD provide, if it's close they may have delivered to a neighbour or mis-read the street name.

Generally you'll be able to locate the parcel quickly by checking this information.


Don't Contact DPD:

DPD will ask you to contact us to resolve the situation so open a ticket with our support team by clicking the widget or emailing [email protected]

If we can't resolve the situation using the image or map links, we'll launch an investigation with DPD which can take up to 3 working days.
