International Returns
We’ve temporarily hung up our international shipping boots — so here’s what you need to know if you’re outside the UK and need to send something back.
Made a purchase through Global-e?
No problem. If you’d like to return your order, you’ll need to send it back to the Base London warehouse by 30th May 2025.
You can still use the Global-e return portal right here:

Here you can generate your pre-paid DHL Express label and follow instructions on how to return your item. Delivery charges are reclaimed from your total refund, please note that customs duties, taxes and shipping costs are not refunded.
After 1st June, our partnership with Global-e comes to a close — which means we’ll no longer be able to process or refund international returns after that date. So if you’ve got something to return, best pop it in the post sooner rather than later!
What if it’s faulty?
Let’s sort it properly. If you think your item’s not up to scratch, please get in touch before returning it.
A couple of photos showing the issue will help us get things sorted quicker than you can say “blimey”.
