UK Orders

All DHL Express orders placed before 12pm Monday - Friday will generally be dispatched from our warehouse that day. For DPD 2-3 day shipping, please allow an additional 24 hours handling time before dispatch.

Any orders placed after 12pm Friday  and during the weekend may not be dispatched until the next working day.

Once your order is collected by the Courier Service from our warehouse, you will receive a notification with your tracking details. If you have provided a correct mobile number while placing your order, on the day of your delivery you will receive an SMS with your time slot for expected delivery. 

Please note we do not currently offer weekend delivery slots. 

Please bear in mind National Holidays / Bank Holidays can cause minor delays in our delivery service.

International Shipping

Estimated International shipping times are available at checkout and you'll have the option to select DHL Express or a (much) slower standard tracked service.
