What Happens After I Have Placed My Order?Updated a year ago

Once you have paid for your footwear at shopping cart, you will receive an order confirmation email with your Web Order Number, Billing & Delivery Addresses and details on the product/s you have ordered.

If you have not received this email, please first check your junk mail folder. If you are unable to find it please contact [email protected] and providing your order was successful we can send you a new confirmation email.

Base London take payment from you immediately, before dispatching your footwear. Once the footwear is collected from our warehouse, you will receive a dispatch notification from the relevant courier with your parcel tracking and details of your delivery. If you made your order by 12pm Monday-Friday, this email will generally be received by 5pm GMT the same day.

If you provided us with a correct mobile number, you should receive text updates with a delivery time slot as well as options to rearrange your delivery. Delivery updates will also be sent to you via email.
